Unlike conventional locks where if the keys are lost you have the expense and inconvenience of replacing all the affected locks and keys - with the new XS4 system you just delete the missing key from the system and issue a new one to the user. It’s that simple.

Simple off-line installation means XS4 can be easily added to most doors, including fire doors, those with narrow frames and doors fitted with panic bars, turning them into a fully featured access control doors without compromising comfort, convenience, security or control. It is also able to withstand extreme weather conditions, making it the ideal choice for use on almost any project – indoors or out!
XS4 supports up to 64,000 users and is designed for use in stand-alone operations in a wide range of environments including schools, colleges, universities, hotels, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

What sets this system apart from others is its capability of transferring information from the PC to the readers, or vice versa without the need for any cables, or wi-fi.
This is best achieved when a networked reader is added to the system. This reader becomes a HOT SPOT on the system, and collects all audit trails from the cards, and receives all alterations from the PC, and synchronises the cards with the PC, which in turn synchronises the locks with the PC.
